Real-world community use of the SHUFFLER®

Trainor Jim partnered with Romney Marsh Community Hub on an 8-week programme, supported by Sport England and the National Lottery Movement Fund, to explore how accessible seated movement could support mobility, confidence and wellbeing in older adults.

The programme looked at whether regular seated movement using the SHUFFLER® was associated with changes in walking speed, sit-to-stand performance, balance scores and user confidence.
