Thank you for supporting Trainor Jim — we’re a small business on a mission to make movement more accessible, and every order helps us get The Shuffler into the hands of those who need it most.

Delivery Information

At extremely busy times, orders may take 2–3 working days to be processed and dispatched.

We ship all orders using UPS Standard services:

  • UPS Standard: Free

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm will usually be dispatched the same day (except during busy periods).

📦 Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery times:

After dispatch, delivery typically takes (1-2 Business Day). Please note these are UPS delivery aims and delays can occasionally occur.

If you have not received your parcel, we recommend contacting UPS first using your tracking number, as they can provide the most up-to-date delivery information. If UPS is unable to resolve the issue, please contact us and we will be happy to escalate it for you.

Packaging

Our packaging is deliberately minimalistic — designed to ensure your SHUFFLER® arrives safely and securely, without unnecessary waste. This approach reduces environmental impact while keeping the focus on what matters most: the product itself. With no assembly required. A simple usage guide is included in every box.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, once the item is received and inspected a refund will be initiated.
